Responsibilities
Own kitting for machine build, maintenance, and retrofit work; Perform kit shortage analysis ahead of work-order release; Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation; Receive, inspect, label, and put away incoming material; Control and track spare parts inventory for a fielded machine fleet; Generate and manage purchase requisitions for machine parts and spares; Expedite critical and late material; Interface with buyers, planners, suppliers, and receiving to resolve issues; Maintain and reconcile bills of material against engineering releases; Track material against machine serial numbers and configurations; Manage material for retrofit and upgrade campaigns; Maintain accurate transaction records in ERP and work-order systems; Support control of consumables, calibrated tooling, and shelf-life-limited items; Produce and communicate material status reporting; Identify and implement process improvements in kitting and material flow; Operate material handling equipment safely; Train and mentor junior production control personnel
