Responsibilities
Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on system health and SLA performance; Analyze system performance metrics including ticket closure rates and equipment failure data; Conduct root cause analysis for P1 and P2 incidents; Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, and Deployment teams to resolve quality issues; Act as primary quality representative for strategic government customers; Lead corrective and preventive actions throughout the deployment lifecycle; Manage containment and warranty/replacement transactions; Provide Motorola Technical Notification (MTN) support and manage MTN complexity; Manage transactional surveys for Service and Upgrade Operations; Provide regular field updates on customer engagements and resolution status.
