Lead and oversee daily Machining operations to ensure on-time, high-quality manufacturing; Develop, implement, and manage manufacturing plans and schedules; Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety, quality, output, efficiency, and rework; Partner with the Plant Director to support long-term manufacturing strategy and capacity planning; Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team; Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to increase throughput and reduce costs
