Administer customer discount, rebate, and promotional agreements; Review, validate, and process customer discount and rebate claims; Prepare and post journal entries related to customer incentives; Reconcile discount, rebate, and customer deduction accounts; Monitor settlement balances and ensure timely payments and recoveries; Investigate and resolve discrepancies, disputes, and invalid customer claims; Prepare periodic reports on discount spend, rebate utilization, accrual balances, and outstanding claims; Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities; Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve operational issues; Assist with internal and external audit requests.
