Responsibilities
Maintain established sales volume by keeping current with client needs and competitors, initiate and attend client presentations and meetings, participate in onsite visits and walkthroughs, recommend and advise clients on additional services, oversee and guide weekly maintenance and enhancements, prepare proposals renewals and contracts, monitor the billing process and accounts receivable, work with Crew Leaders to ensure client desires are completed accurately, communicate with Administrative Support and Accounting teams to update project status
