Calculate, validate, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual government pricing; Submit and monitor State Price Transparency regulations; Perform G/L reconciliations, Class of Trade review, and PHS/340B eligibility review; Review calculations with Senior Management and obtain approval before communicating prices to agencies; Maintain and update SOPs and reasonable assumptions quarterly; Monitor policies and processes to ensure compliance; Investigate government pricing trends and cross-channel impact; Provide government price inputs to the Gross to Net team; Monitor for tracking customer violations and Bona Fide Service Fee treatments; Participate on cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert; Serve as a liaison with Commercial Leadership, Pricing, Trade, Brand, and Accounting/Finance teams; Determine bona fide service fees paid to Wholesalers, PBMs, and GPOs
