Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Workday integration engineers; Own the design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and Learning modules; Define and implement enterprise integration strategies; Lead the delivery of complex integration initiatives involving Workday, middleware, cloud services, and third-party vendors; Establish engineering standards, governance processes, and quality controls; Partner with stakeholders to translate business outcomes into technical solutions; Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, audit, and data governance requirements; Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code; Oversee production support processes and incident management; Collaborate with Workday product teams; Develop integration roadmaps and support strategic initiatives including system migrations and digital transformation.
