Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight of the settlements process for all Liquid Credit trades; Act as the main point of contact for the third-party Middle Office provider; Build and maintain strong relationships with the Trading team, Operations team and other stakeholders; Oversee and review settlement workflows, ensuring compliance with internal policies, market conventions, and regulatory requirements; Lead the resolution of complex or escalated settlement issues, breaks, and exceptions; Work with key partners to ensure all loan closing and settlement documentation complies with LMA and LSTA standards; Oversee reconciliations of positions, cash and collateral; Drive process improvement and automation initiatives; Prepare and present MI, KPIs, and risk metrics to senior stakeholders; Mentor and develop junior staff.
