Responsibilities
Prepare estimates for all design stages from Conceptual to Final Construction; Work with Regional & Program teams to prepare accurate ROMs and potential scope validations; Perform analysis and report on cost estimates, comparisons of scope, quantities, and cost data; Build and maintain internal cost estimating tools via excel and SharePoint; Support execution teams in evaluation of vendor cost estimates and proposals; Schedule and manage Preconstruction/estimation timelines for critical program deliverables; Review/analyze complex bills of materials and assess labor productivity and costs; Negotiate with and engage in vendor solicitation and/or information gathering during the bidding process; Compare and analyze competitive vendor and supplier bids; Coordinate with stakeholder partner to maintain master subcontractor/vendor lists & pricing by trade; Identify dependencies and/or scope gaps in the successful completion of the project; Create and evaluate project reports and provide project status to internal and external clients
