Review drawings, maps, schedules, cost estimates, construction documents, plans, and specifications; conduct cost estimating reviews, investigations, and analyses of project issues; liaise with stakeholders including project managers, estimators, schedulers, technologists, design consultants, and other Agency staff; support the integration of schedules, risk, and cost; research innovative technologies for cost controls practice; review and analyze construction bids; track and report unit production rates and pricing data; supervise essentially independent cost estimating and analysis efforts; maintain records, write reports, and prepare presentations; coordinate with other project controls specialists and guide junior staff.
