Responsibilities
Oversee daily QC lab operations and schedule work to meet production timelines; Conduct shopfloor reviews and identify improvement opportunities; Review key testing areas including Wet Chemistry, HPLC, LCMS, CCIT, BLFG, FTIR, GC, and SEM/EDS; Investigate and resolve QC events, discrepancies, and customer complaints; Author and review quality documents, protocols, and change controls; Manage and train laboratory staff, maintaining qualification matrices; Maintain equipment through maintenance, qualification, and calibration plans; Support internal and external audits and inspections.
