Lead and oversee all Quality Control Laboratory activities, Manage and develop the QCLab team, Plan resources and align lab activities with production needs, Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and qualification of lab equipment, Oversee test method validation and ensure full compliance with quality standards, Review and approve laboratory results and Certificates of Analysis, Control sample management within the laboratory, Implement and maintain QMS documentation and procedures, Monitor budgets and resource utilization, Drive continuous improvement of processes and efficiency, Enforce health & safety standards and training compliance, Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support new lab projects
