Plan and schedule all production activities; Maintain level and efficient capacity loads through all work centers; Create and release job work orders for travelers to production; Review daily production capacity and level load jobs to optimize resources; Create and maintain build plan based on current Sales backlog and forecasted orders; Monitor new project startups to ensure adherence to the Project Launch schedule; Print and distribute weekly plant schedules to supervisors and production managers; Report job status and scheduled shipments in weekly production meetings; Analyze work center loads and create reports to show imbalance; Adjust work center capacities to reflect plant personnel changes; Manage the job completion cycle by completing jobs daily; Check for shipping, data entry, and valuation errors.
