Lead and support logistics and fleet management activities across Defence programs; Analyse logistics data and develop plans to improve supply chain, inventory and distribution performance; Coordinate and manage monthly reporting requirements; Build and maintain strong relationships with Defence stakeholders and program partners; Support governance, assurance and workforce management activities; Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and service delivery; Review technical, contractual and operational information to identify provisioning, maintenance and support requirements; Monitor inventory and distribution activities to ensure delivery objectives are achieved; Provide mentoring, coaching and guidance to team members; Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, risk management and customer satisfaction; Act as a trusted point of contact for customers and key stakeholders
