Responsibilities
Serve as lead contractor planner and liaison for warfighter exercise planning and execution; Provide analytical support to plan, prepare, rehearse, conduct, and assess LSCO exercises; Support integration of AMD into WFX design and structure; Coordinate with Action Officers for JELC events; Direct and oversee tasking, tracking, and closure of internal and external tasks; Plan and prepare exercise products to facilitate joint air and missile defense operations; Attend WFX planning events and prioritize team efforts; Maintain oversight of supported events and provide recommendations for manning and simulation integration; Provide technical and tactical expertise in implementing Commander's training guidance; Develop procedures to capture and archive lessons learned; Develop, refine, and maintain standard operating procedures; Maintain familiarity with current and developing U.S./NATO capabilities and tactics; Serve as Subject Matter Expert in doctrine, exercise control, and MSEL development.
