Responsibilities
Provide technical support and advice to senior level DOD staffs for refinement of technical aspects of operational planning; Coordinate and collaborate with client staff, interagency and industry partners, and the DoD to provide substantive inputs for and support to access planning efforts; Contribute technical expertise to the creation of COAs in support of concept plans (CONPLANs), operation plans (OPLANs), and operation orders (OPORDs); Assist with all aspects of advanced cyber planning to include: interagency planning, joint targeting board support, cyber capability analysis, cyber impacts estimates, and joint planning group support; Act as technical liaison on behalf of our client's Operations Directorate between capability SMEs and capability developers, capability testers, planning teams, operations support staff, and operating units during planning and operations; Participate in design and technical review meetings, assist in development technical plans to guide capability development, evaluating test results, and report status of capability development activities
