Responsibilities
Manage the lifecycle of user accounts and access rights across systems and applications, ensuring timely onboarding and offboarding. Respond to and resolve IAM-related incidents, such as access request queries. Define, maintain, and optimize roles and permissions to enforce consistent access policies and reduce risk of privilege escalation. Collaborate with IT and security teams to investigate and resolve Identity and Access management related issues. Investigate and gather evidence on any audit queries received from internal or external auditors. Proactively manage all stakeholder expectations through either effective resolution of or updating on progress of their outstanding queries. Can act as a project manager from ideation process, influencing decisions to delivery and proactively look for opportunities and tools to improve the process. Should be able to manage team of technical engineers and lead at all levels.
