Manage and coordinate air import shipments from booking confirmation through final delivery; Monitor shipment milestones to ensure timely movement and compliance; Coordinate with overseas offices, agents, airlines, trucking providers, warehouses, customs brokers, and customers; Ensure all import documentation is received, reviewed, and processed accurately; Track shipment status and proactively identify and resolve operational issues; Arrange delivery appointments and coordinate final-mile transportation as required; Maintain timely and accurate shipment updates within the company operating system; Provide proactive communication regarding shipment status, delays, and exceptions; Support customer inquiries by researching shipment details and providing timely resolutions.
