Review and interpret RFQs to identify scope and missing information; Translate RFQs into Maersk-aligned bid formats using specific systems; Coordinate with Pricing, Product, and Sales to validate feasibility and rates; Ensure correct application of commercial logic (FT, inland, DRY PORT, surcharges); Validate data accuracy and eliminate errors before submission; Deliver complete tender outputs within agreed TAT; Track tender performance and cycle times.
