Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute FINOPS tasks; Ensure all FINOPS activities are conducted in compliance with SOP/ IOP; Take ownership of customer/ carrier issues and solve issues in an urgent and responsible manner; Closely monitor and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve and sustain FINOPS KPIs; Look for improvements in ways of working and drive for service delivery excellence; Resolve daily operational issues and ad-hoc cases, escalating when necessary.
