Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Network Engineers and Senior Network Engineers, setting priorities, objectives, and performance expectations. Manage operational demand across incidents, service requests, problem investigations, and planned changes while balancing engineering delivery commitments. Oversee the delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and NFV services across regional sites. Coordinate technical escalations and major incident responses, ensuring effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners. Drive lifecycle management, technical debt reduction, automation initiatives, service standardisation, and reliability improvements. Partner with Product, Architecture, and Cyber Security teams to ensure alignment with global standards, reference architectures, and security controls. Manage regional network risks, capacity, resilience, performance, and supplier relationships while providing visibility of delivery progress and operational outcomes.
