Perform preventive, scheduled, and breakdown maintenance on Container Handling equipment, Material Handling Equipment, including compressors, Fire hydrant system, Truck and Facility maintenance; Manage inventory of spares and consumables; Execute procurement processes including creating RQN, PO, and GRN; Ensure statutory compliance and HSSE requirements are met; Analyze technical documents such as electrical schemes, fluid schemes, and piping diagrams; Collaborate with operations team to plan and prioritize daily maintenance tasks; Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and troubleshooting results; Prepare and share daily reports with internal teams; Conduct scheduled inspections of operating equipment and log findings; Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely spares procurement.
