Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, machines, and systems; Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential problems; Repair or replace defective components, parts, and assemblies; Operate testing and diagnostic tools to evaluate equipment performance; Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and service reports; Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards; Support production or operations teams by minimizing equipment downtime; Assist in equipment installation, setup, commissioning, and modifications; Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency; Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments to resolve technical issues; Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and corrective action activities; Keep work areas clean and organized following 5S and housekeeping standards
