Responsibilities
Handle HR inquiries and develop solutions for employees and managers; Collaborate with warehouse managers on absence and disciplinary matters; Support managers in implementing employee engagement plans; Maintain case trackers and ensure timely follow-up in Workday; Assist with benefits, policies, and process research; Train employees and managers on HR systems; Support full HR lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, performance, offboarding); Implement communication plans for site updates; Maintain accurate HR documentation and compliance records.
