Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with Mars Finance Manual and regulatory requirements; Implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy; Lead financial statement reviews for Mars Snacking Global financial results; Partner with Global Corporate Controllership to architect and scale a new Snacking-focused Center of Excellence for technical accounting; Serve as a gatekeeper reviewing large-scale commercial contracts and vendor agreements for U.S. GAAP compliance; Manage cross-functional collaboration and clear communications with regional CFOs and controllers; Lead technical accounting integration to identify, assess, and harmonize policy differences between Mars Snacking and acquired companies; Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making on technical accounting requirements including sustainability; Build robust processes to ensure contractual arrangements are accounted for and realized completely and accurately within financial records; Support the annual audit process; Develop digital capabilities to accomplish objectives more effectively and efficiently.
