Oversee the global accounting organization spanning controllership, accounting, audit, tax, and financial systems; Manage the audit process including internal and external activities; Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes including consolidation; Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial statements and reports; Manage accounting operations including AP, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash, and Intercompany Accounting; Develop and oversee accounting policies and procedures; Gather, interpret, and deliver insights for financial strategic decision making; Develop, execute, and maintain global financial systems and processes; Support M&A work including due diligence and accounting integrations; Establish and execute governance rules for financial reporting platforms; Collaborate with onshore and offshore resources for strategic projects; Provide input into financial systems roadmap; Interact with the Executive Team for financial reporting and trend analysis; Work with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; Leverage AI to drive operational excellence and data analytics.
