Manage portfolio of R&T programs ensuring delivery of objectives, milestones, and outcomes; Execute program management activities per established processes; Develop and maintain program plans, monitor progress, manage risks and opportunities; Coordinate technical reviews, gate reviews, and governance meetings; Support continuous improvement of program management processes; Collaborate with Portfolio Leaders and Technology Leaders to manage deviations; Conduct portfolio analyses for prioritization and resource allocation; Manage program budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis; Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio reporting; Present program status and performance metrics to senior leadership
