Coordinate planning of all maintenance activities with Drilling Superintendent and Rig Manager; Ensure incomplete repairs are finished within scheduled time; Manage input and cost control measures to keep annual maintenance costs within budget; Maintain rig damage control equipment at proper inventory levels; Ensure accurate entries on work permits, isolation tags, and logs; Complete annual performance reviews for maintenance crew members; Provide guidance and support to crew members; Participate in development of newly appointed crew members; Implement and uphold safety policies and procedures; Ensure compliance with environmental protection regulations.
