Directly oversee day-to-day clinical operations of all FQHC sites, supervise Senior Managers and Managers, assist with recruitment and supervision of APPs and interprofessional providers, maintain current knowledge of healthcare environment and disciplines, ensure qualified individuals are employed and credentialing processes are maintained, serve as clinical resource to all departments, provide oversight of clinical performance and quality benchmarks, collaborate with Lead Clinicians to ensure site efficiency, coordinate monthly meetings with Clinical Department leadership, oversee clinical policies and procedures, maintain a limited primary care clinical practice, represent THCC to external partners and governing bodies, ensure compliance with Federal/HRSA and grant requirements, serve on the OSU THCC Executive Team, act as liaison to the Board of Directors
