Responsibilities
Define and execute OT engineering strategy and multi-year infrastructure roadmap; Provide senior technical leadership and people management to OT infrastructure teams; Own enterprise Active Directory and hybrid Azure AD/Entra ID architecture; Lead IAM strategy including RBAC, MFA, and PAM; Oversee design and management of security appliances (NGFWs, NAC, IPS); Direct OT virtualization platforms and enterprise storage strategy; Ensure compliance with IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and CIS Benchmarks; Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning; Manage vendor relationships and procurement; Drive team capability development through training and mentoring; Produce executive-level reporting on infrastructure health and risk.
