Responsibilities
Support patients before, during, and after dermatological consultations and procedures; Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and sterile instruments; Assist the Dermatologist / Nurse with minor surgical procedures, biopsies, laser treatments and wound care; Apply dressings and provide post-procedure care as directed; Take and manage clinical photographs where required by Dermatologists; Maintain patient dignity, comfort and confidentiality at all times; Accurately update and maintain electronic medical records within their scope of practice; Manage consent forms and clinical documentation as required; Assist with appointment scheduling and patient flow; Handle clinical correspondence and basic reporting using Microsoft Office; Monitor and replenish clinical stock and supplies; Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations
