Own the governance framework for the Insurance Platform spanning product onboarding, data usage, and API standards; Design and run the platform governance operating model including intake processes and review forums; Partner with Platform Product Management to ensure products onboard in alignment with governance standards; Ensure product- and platform-level governance aligns with regulatory, privacy, and security requirements; Lead, coach, and mentor a governance team; Act as a trusted partner to senior product, technology, and business leaders.
