Provide engineering support for operational issues of utility-scale solar and storage fleet inverters; Collaborate with cross functional groups to resolve performance issues; Identify, evaluate, and resolve equipment reliability and performance issues; Lead root cause investigations and analysis; Assess damage to inverter components and provide repair dispositions; Track inverter damages and use data for failure forecasting; Interface with equipment manufacturers to resolve technical issues; Develop procedures and technical documentation for safe inverter operation; Evaluate electrical engineering drawings and arc flash studies; Lead pilot projects to evaluate new equipment or processes; Support end-of-warranty inverter inspections; Work with performance analytics team to develop monitoring strategies and predictive analytics
