Role Summary:
Trainees work under the supervision of an experienced manager or team leader who are responsible for their on the job training and learning. They receive basic training in a variety of identified areas by the managers.

• Assist in administrative or production tasks that are assigned.
• Conduct basic research topics based on assigned projects.
• Communicate with Managers and other members of staff to ensure a smooth running of the project.
• Support staff by answering phones, taking detailed notes during meetings, inputting data into the computer and performing other tasks as required.
• Run errands such as simple purchasing supplies or delivery assignments.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
