Supervise company craft and contractor management to execute safe maintenance work; Enforce Life Saving Rules, Stop Work Authority, and Refinery HSE Procedures; Lead safety meetings and coordinate multi-craft jobs; Verify job readiness (scaffolding, containment, materials) before execution; Monitor and enforce timely standards and headcount plans; Review preliminary maintenance schedules and provide feedback; Coordinate work with Operations Department and report status at Daily Execution Meetings; Investigate safety and quality incidents; Manage break-in processes and communicate status; Obtain optimum performance from employees and contractors.
