Responsibilities
Pilot and control the maintenance program within schedule and budget; Organize, coordinate, and manage the maintenance team and external contractors; Supervise preventive, corrective, improvement, and reliability operations; Elaborate daily activity reports and incident forms; Lead daily team meetings using relevant indicators; Control intervention reports and ensure their quality; Identify and escalate technical or organizational dysfunctions; Participate in failure analysis and propose improvements; Ensure compliance with QHSE and SDA procedures; Promote safety, quality, and environmental culture; Facilitate communication between the team and other services, especially Production.
