Manage and maintain ITAR and EAR compliance program; Review, classify, and track technical data and products subject to U.S. export-control laws; Prepare, submit, and manage export licenses, Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs), and DSP-forms; Serve as subject-matter expert for internal teams regarding export-control requirements; Develop and deliver ITAR training for employees; Monitor ongoing regulatory updates and ensure company policies remain aligned with federal requirements; Conduct internal assessments, audits, and corrective-action planning; Work with engineering and program teams to ensure controlled data is properly stored, shared, and protected; Support customer and government inquiries related to export compliance; Maintain accurate compliance records, reporting, and metrics
