Responsibilities
Review and update constituent records to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems. Assist in identifying and resolving duplicate records and other data discrepancies. Perform basic data quality checks and help identify trends, inconsistencies, or missing information. Support data clean-up projects related to fundraising campaigns, reporting, and business operations. Collaborate with University Advancement staff, including the Donor Records team, to correct data issues. Enter, update, and verify information while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Document completed work, data issues identified, and resolutions applied. Follow established procedures and data standards to help maintain data integrity across systems.
