Support the Legal Director with escalations from the ALC team and Software Piracy Investigations team; identify legally cogent cases for escalation; liaise with global stakeholders to obtain information and assess risks; draft instructions to external counsel and prepare internal advice on risk mitigation; conduct contract reviews of audit rights and remedies; obtain engagement from customers for license compliance audits; assist in settlement and resolution of non-complex matters; prepare internal litigation reporting on KPI metrics
