Support creation and maintenance of ECO, ECR, EAR, and Deviation records; Coordinate change activities with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams; Perform completeness and format checks on change records and documentation; Ensure correct document identification, numbering, and revisioning; Track change status and follow up on open actions; Maintain accurate electronic records; Provide first-level user support for Arena PLM; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for PLM data quality
