Responsibilities
Inspect SMT assemblies using AOI and visual inspection; Perform disassembly, rework, repair, and reassembly of components; Execute fine-detail soldering and component rework; Identify and correct component, soldering, flux, and PCB cleanliness defects; Scan and track work orders and serial numbers; Ensure proper workmanship and route completed units; Maintain 100% accuracy, quality, traceability, and functional verification; Cross-train and support other production roles.
