Build, assemble, and test pre-production, qualification, and flight PCBA hardware; Assist with initial PCBA line setup, equipment programming, and test setup qualification; Program, load, and operate automated SMT production machines; Operate and troubleshoot SMT equipment to improve process stability and yield; Perform rework and recovery on non-conforming hardware; Support continuous improvement projects including test rack builds and production line enhancements; Document processes, failures, and improvements using data; Provide surge support for critical production builds; Collaborate with engineers on DFM opportunities and process issues; Train junior technicians on SMT equipment operation
