Responsibilities
Monitor delivery and STO activities with 3PLs to ensure on-time delivery; Maintain accurate data in G3 SAP for analytics; Conduct monthly stock reconciliation and cycle counts; Provide updates on delivery status and PODs to Management and Sales; Monitor 3PLs for order confirmation and OTIF compliance; Conduct monthly business reviews with 3PLs to address KPI gaps; Review OTIF reports and develop corrective action plans; Report slow-moving and expired stock to the correspondence team; Consolidate monthly KPI reports for the Country Supply Chain Manager.
