Collaborate with faculty to assess learning needs and tailor simulation cases; Monitor and evaluate SPs and GTAs on script portrayal and feedback accuracy; Collect and analyze training and performance data to ensure standardization; Recruit, interview, and onboard new SPs and GTAs; Manage LearningSpace software, data, and user access; Track CSC budget and learner hours for annual reporting; Maintain simulation documentation and enforce center policies; Train staff on software and audiovisual equipment operation and troubleshooting; Foster relationships with schools/departments to assist with simulation activity planning; Participate in departmental meetings, conference presentations, and community outreach programs
