Establish and maintain quality goals across supplier, process, product, and customer pillars; Develop and maintain Quality Engineering standards including pFMEA, Process Sheets, and Gage Control Plans; Manage New Product Development Quality through APQP and drive a zero-defect culture; Guide technical problem solving and root cause analysis for manufacturing issues; Maintain robust measurement practices and calibration of inspection equipment; Lead customer service repair technicians and manage customer return turnaround; Coach and mentor manufacturing leaders and engineers on quality systems and servant leadership.
