Track sports VOD asset delivery through internal processing to affiliate platforms, troubleshoot failed deliveries, liaise with ingest and support teams to resolve issues, chase missing thumbnails and metadata, QC and edit video files where automation fails, act as main POC for affiliates regarding content queries, escalate system/workflow issues to technical teams, identify patterns and areas for improvement, ensure shift handover, work with VOD scheduling team on upcoming schedules, coordinate with local sports teams on high-profile events
