Responsibilities
Lead the Collections Services team to deliver equitable, timely access to prescribed and other learning resources; Provide strong people leadership through clear expectations, coaching, performance development, and workforce planning; Ensure excellent end-to-end delivery of interlibrary loans and resource sharing, unit readings, accessibility services, open educational resources, and procurement; Partner with academic and professional stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and improve staff and student experience; Drive continuous improvement using data and feedback (including service standards, KPIs, and turnaround times), and report recommendations and risks to library management; Maintain fit-for-purpose procedures, process controls, and documentation to support consistent service delivery; Ensure compliance and risk management across the portfolio (including copyright and licensing, privacy/confidentiality, WHS and EEO); Manage vendor and licence relationships to ensure value, quality, and continuity of service
