Maintain operational accuracy in PCF creation, Baskets, Corporate Action processing & UCF dissemination; Process Corporate Action on model ETF portfolios using Bloomberg and watchlist data; Manage inquiries with clients/authorized participants; Forecast baskets and coordinate with internal stakeholders; Update reference data for new funds, AP, client, fees, & reports; Perform periodic reconciliation of factor rates, variable fees, fixed fees & slippages fees; Update process documents, job aids, procedures & cross trainings; Drive control effectiveness and lead process improvement projects
