Responsibilities
Provide operational support and administration for the Skan.AI platform including incident resolution and monitoring. Build and maintain integrations between Skan.AI and enterprise systems. Coordinate with vendors and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements. Support onboarding and enablement activities for new business areas. Serve as technical coordinator for the Process Simplification CoE regarding architecture and governance. Document technical designs and operational standards. Identify and remove technical barriers to implementation.
