Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and Infosec teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications; Develop, test, and implement Workday solutions including reports, business processes, integrations, and customizations; Maintain and optimize existing Workday configurations and integrations ensuring data accuracy and system reliability; Support system upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments providing documentation and training; Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues working with vendor support when necessary; Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Integration systems; Monitor and manage integration processes schedules and error handling to ensure smooth and reliable data flow between systems; Document integration requirements technical specifications and architecture and provide support for integration-related inquiries and troubleshooting; Collaborate with QA and Functional teams to develop and execute test plans identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner
